Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate it on our website
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
